Shipment processing time
All orders are processed & delivered within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed on your quotation received from our sales consultants.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Military Warehouse CC does not ship to P. O. boxes. We require your full physical delivery address for delivery to take place safely.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Dispatch Notification confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 hour.
Return Policy
- At Military Warehouse CC, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
- If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused items within 30 working days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Please note that custom-made tents, clearance items, and used or damaged goods (not caused by manufacturer fault) cannot be returned.
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item, kindly notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Payments made via Electronic Funds Transfer will require proof of banking details for the refund to take place. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
