How do I place an order?
To place an order on our website simply follow the steps below:
- Browse our wide range of products.
- Fill in the contact us form with all the items you wish to purchase including quantities and submit.
- One of our sales representatives will get back to you with a quotation.
- If you are satisfied with our quotation; this needs to be signed and sent back for an Invoice for payment.
- On receipt of payment; we dispatch goods from our warehouse and delivery takes 3 days.
How do I check/track my order status?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and packed on the same day ytou place an order. Delivery takes 3 days from order.
Do you have a retail location?

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Because we are centrally located in Western Cape, this makes shipping times a bit faster and more economical to most locations within two to three business days.Some items are shipped directly from the manufacture based on weight or proximity to you so that we can provide the best possible experience.
